Moldy Spots *PANIC*

my sweet hen Josette has a big comb and these moldy spots are covering it and the sides of her face as well. another hen has one tiny spot of this. everyone else is spot free. these aren't black spots, but gray, greenish moldy ones. i'm slightly hysterical. please help.

Could be fowl pox, a bit early to see it already. Do you have mosquitoes already? Otherwise they could be peck marks.
