One of our new acquired chicks seems to have an issue with the smallest of our little flock.
I've witnessed her (Molly) several times pecking and chasing the little one (Polly). She will follow her around and peck at her. She will let her eat and drink (I've witnessed.)
I'm guessing these girls are just under two weeks old, give or take a couple days. (Got them on Friday, they were guessed to be a week old then.)

Anyway, the others all seem to be just fine, no one picking on anyone else.

Is this normal? Should I remove Molly or Polly?

They will probably be fine..just trying to establish a pecking order a little early! If any blood is drawn, get Molly out of there! I have a Polly, too, and she is the sweetest thing!

I had to pop in here because we have a Molly and a Polly, too! I don't know if it's traditional chicken wisdom or anything, but I've done the same with them as I do with my pups. If one of them is messing with the other during food time, I hold the aggressive one still and make her watch the submissive one eat an drink. Basically establishing that I am at the top of the pecking order. So far so good!
