molt or favus?

hello.
i know i posted alot lately but i want to get to the bottom of this. My chickens have symptoms of both molt and favus. the only thing i dont understand is the crusty skin and dead skin on their face every morning which isnt a part of a molt from what i know. here is a pic
this is the very early stage of the nfection the first days. but now it is the same only they have crusty faces. they have been loosing alot of neck feathers though. so i am clueless. the had the powdery stuff ont he comb. they have symptoms of both pls help!!
