She has always been on the smaller side but it seems an odd time of year for molting. Maybe being picked on?

Looks like she is molting. What is her diet? Do you see her eat and drink? I would bring her inside, keep her hydrated and make sure she is eating . keep her inside till her new feathers have grown in.
