One of my BO molted end of August - early Sept. She got a full complement of gorgeous fluff and a new tail. But about a week ago, she dropped the new tail feathers.

This is my first molt experience, but sure didn't expect a second loss of the tail feathers.

Anyone ever see that?

It can happen. They go through a molt and then something triggers another molt. Or it was a partial or slow molt and then they finish it with the loss of the rest. In your case with the loss of all the tail feathers It would have to be a second molt.

Her molt was a soft molt, but she doesn't appear to be losing anything except the tail feathers…I'll inspect closer, maybe she is?
