Molting Golden Comets

My dozen golden comets have been molting (i think) since about mid July. At least some of them have at different times. They are the same age so I don't understand why the molting has been staggered. Any ideas?

this is not uncommon for the same age and breed of chicken to molt at different times.....it all varies w/ the bird itself. they will molt when theyre ready, and u cant rush mother nature....
