Molting hen getting bullied?

What is the protein % in your feed right now? Mixing in higher protein feed (or switching to it) is one way, or you can give them unsalted fish or meat, or a tiny bit of cat food.

Idk the percent I would have to check but they eat all flock and then they have a tiny bit of scratch in the morning every day.

Update: her neck feathers are growing in but her feathers by her butt arent or if they are there taking longer to grow in. I think that's the area where she got plucked a couple of times but it hasn't happened again from what I saw. She's being more cautious.
