molting / loosing feathers

Ok i have a friend and she has 2 peafowls and she said that there molting to much how many time do the molt or do they molt threw out the year >? i am thinking of getting a couple or putting some in the incubator and see if i get the pair ...Ive looked in all the treads and i have even searched the the peafowl threads and i did not find noting on molting and or loosing feathers please help me !!

Mine are starting to lose their trains now, they molt late summer early fall, start growing their train back all fall will have full trains by late winter

anyone want to send there pea feathers I would love to have some they are just to pretty and i would like to have the tail feathers long with the neck and so forth
