Molting or disease?

Hi there,

First year having chickens and have one that has started molting. She seems to be losing lots of feathers not sure what’s normal. Her neck looks crazy just wanted to see if it’s normal or I should be concerned? She currently isolated for being a bully to another chicken yesterday and almost killing her.
