Molting or lice

I have 5 hens we got may 2020. This one seems to be molting or I wonder if the white specks are something else. When I took pics today, seemed to be less. Hope you all can give me some ideaa

It looks like molting, I can see new pin feathers coming in.

If it was lice or something like that would the other hens also get it?

It's just molting. And yes, the others would get lice if she had it.
