Molting or Other Reason for Losing Feathers??

Suddenly our chicken coop is full of feathers. It looks like all of our chickens are losing feathers.

They are all about 3 months old (all five are EEs) and they still look pretty neat and smooth and I don't see any big bald spots but they are grooming themselves a lot more than usual and our yard looks like someone opened up a feather pillow and shook it all around.

Are they molting or getting adult feathers or what?
Any ideas?

This is normal for them to lose some feathers here and there. My hen house is full of feathers too

I wouldnt worry unless you start seeing bare spots.
