Molting or plucking

A few days ago I noticed a bunch of feathers around my chicken area, turns out it was my ducks feathers and I didn’t panic thinking she was molting (it’s mid August) another few days ago I noticed the pool I have for my ducks was full of feathers from my male duck. I have five ducks. We are working to get rid of two males and only keeping one, with two females. So currently three males, two females. Both my older male and female have their wing feathers almost completely gone. And my female has a weird looking neck. The other three have not shown signs of molting. Are they being picked on?

Their wings look like my girls who are also currently molting. The neck looks more like overmating.

Most likely they are molting. But, the one girl with the neck feathers missing might be getting overmated.
