Molting or Sick chicken?

I have a Brown Leghorn an Asalorpe and a Dominique that are losing feathers on there backs and or wings. Could they be sick or are they just molting? Or is it a diet problem? Need some help here, new to chicken farming.

Wises layer feed and some crack corn and oyster shells.
