Molting or?

Not sure where I should share this under but my first question is.. the first two pictures I posted of my Silver laced Sebrights if they look ok as far as you can tell from pictures? It looks like their combs shrunk!!? I know they will change color when not laying which they aren’t but I didn’t know if it’s normal for them to shrink? And my second question is the last two pictures of my Porcelain D’Uccle..is she molting is that why her feathers look weird on her head? Is what I’m seeing pin feathers? There was one on the side that looked like a pin feather but it looked sore. Sorry for all the questions in one post but I figured it’d be easier!

Normal for combs to shrink and become lighter when birds are not laying as their hormone levels are low. Picture of the second bird is blurred, but it appears as if their is still feather sheathing on her feathers / If so this would indicate molting.

Second one meaning the last pic of the D’Uccle? Or my sebright in second pic? The first pic of D’Uccle and second are the same one bird i just wanted to post different angles for people to see.
