Molting, pecking?

I have several chickens that seem to have never recovered from what looked like molting. I have a rooster, but this has been going on for about 8 months and the rooster hatched the end of November - so I don't think he is the issue.

This picture is of a couple of the hens that looked the same a month ago, but the one has recovered and the other hasn't. It's not only the missing feathers, she is also turning grey/white in other areas.

This picture is of one of my easter eggers that has lost the feathers on her neck and it just looks raw. Both the easter eggers look this way and aren't recovering.

So, one of the australorps molted and got a nice new coat, while the other two still look sickly after 8 months.
Both the easter eggers look raw on their necks and generally don't look well.
My star sexlink is missing all the feathers on her behind...top and bottom. I thought this was because she's mean to the other chickens.

They all act fine and healthy...they just don't look good.

Any thoughts? How can I get my girls looking healthy again?

Have you picked them up and visually inspected them for lice or mites? If you have and didnt see any...then they are still recovering from molt. My EE hen took about 7 months to fully recover from her 'extended' molt. You can provide them extra protein such as gamebird feed to assist in feather regrowth. Gamebird feed has about 22% protein in it vs about 16% protein in layer feed.
If they have lice or mites, here's a link that'll help (if it's working , check back if it isnt)
