Molting Problem?

I have a year old Saxony duck that is taking a lot longer to finish molting than her sisters. She is still looking really scruffy and the rest of them are pretty well all set with new feathers. Is this just within a normal range of time, or could there be another problem I should attend to. She eats well - maybe a little on the chubby side compared to some, but about average overall. thanks for any insight or experience you can share.

Is she laying....she will not molt if laying.

I don't think so, I am getting 2-3 eggs a day from 8 ducks

I wonder if she has a higher protein need - there could be some underlying health issue, too. How is her oil gland? If that is plugged up, it could have the effect you are seeing.

I also like to add some flax meal to the ducks' food especially when someone is molting.
