Molting question

As a new chicken-mom, I was wondering; I know it's getting to be molting season, but my flock is only 8 weeks old, just getting some adult feathering. Will they go ahead and molt because of the season, or will they miss it because of their age?

They molt their "baby" feathers when the adult feathers come in. I think mine were a little younger when it happened but it might could be a combination of age and season change that they are a little late.
