Molting so young?

Out of 11 girls, hatched late March this year, only one seems to be really molting. Others are losing some feathers, but one looks scraggly, and has a ton of pin feathers on her neck and sides. But she's so young....I didn't expect this. Easter Egger, one of 3, and she is eating, drinking, but even more skittish. She's the smallest of the 11, and it's an obvious size difference. She has laid eggs before, but not for about a month I'd guess. We are in the midwest, so getting cold and I light coop gently till about 7pm to make up for getting dark early

Is that totally odd at her age to be molting? At first I thought she was being bullied, but no blood.

Do I help with pin feathers or leave her be?

I have been giving her scrambled eggs and vitamin water.

Thanks!

She's the white girl, in the middle, before she lost so many feathers.

Pullets can go through a molt with short winter days just like adults can, though usually it's a partial molt.

No need to mess with the pin feathers (and I'd minimize physical contact overall) as they find it uncomfortable to be touched during molt.
