Molting started late and Winter starting early

I live in upstate NY and this week we are going to be having below freezing weather every night. My chickens are still molting and I have a couple that are still in SEVERE molt. I was wondering if I should put in a heat lamp until they get their feathers in.
 
If they have a coop I wouldn't. It is usually warmer in the coop then outside. With the other chickens to keep them warm there should not be a problem keeping warm. If you don't add heat artificially they will regrow the feathers sooner, they have in incentive.
