How long does it take for them to molt and start laying again.
They layed last winter so I know it can't be the winter.
It has been about 2-3 weeks

The first season they lay seems to be unaffected by the short winter days but after that they do respond to them. Give extra protein during the molt to help them finish it quicker Scrambled egg, meat scraps, anything high in protein and low in salt. Maybe a higher protein feed would help too. Tractor supply has one that is a grower feed. It is not medicated. Since she won't be laying for a bit i would consider it. It sometimes can take a month to 6 weeks to get over the molt and I have heard of even longer. I hope yours is a gentle molt. Jean

Yep, I would say 8 to 12 weeks is not uncommon at all, depends how many hens you have. Kinda like a female thing eh? It varys alot.
