Molting

Does anyone have any pics of chickens molting? I would like to compare my chickens feather loss to pictures where people know for sure their chicken is molting. Thanks!

As of right now, I don't have any chickens that are molting, but I didi look up several pictures of other peoples chickens molting! Some of them just have a few feathers out, and some look quite scraggly.If you have chicken that are molting at this moment, a good way to get them through it quickly is to provide them with high quality protein feeds. Feathers are made out of protein so it takes a lot of it to grow them back healthy and strong.

I dont have current pic of her but she did finally feather out very pretty. And she's a sweet girl..
