Molting?

One of my new chickens started losing feathers about a week ago. She lost them above her tail, down the sides a little, and some on her neck. Is this molt? Or something else? I came back out this afternoon and saw another one with some feathers missing on her head. I did cull a rooster and a cockerel over the weekend, but have two cockerels left. Neither are crowing, but I have watched one breed the hens a few times.

first photo is the one that started posing feathers a week or so ago. The other one is the one that just lost them today. There are a few others that have lost some neck feathers.

Oddly enough, I can’t find the one with missing head feathers today. I mean, all chickens are accounted for, I just don’t see missing feathers. The other one looks the same. Anything I could/should do with the one missing back feathers? These chickens free range during the day and have ample space in the coop so I wouldn’t think space would be the issue

If the feathers are broken or worn off with the feather follicles still intact, then those won't be replaced until she molts.

I would just inspect her skin regularly for any abrasions/breaking down of the skin.
