Molting

I think our first hard molt is happening, I got these birds in feb of 2024. One of my birds is clearly molting but it's down to her skin, like her chest is totally bare. Is that normal? Should I do anything to help her?

The two things I know are 1) Offer a higher protein food, if you aren't already. Protein helps to regrow feathers faster. 2) Try not to handle them unless you absolutely must. Pin feathers are painful.
