All my hens (3) have molted some more then others. My question is though some of their feathers have grown back, They still have spots that I with out any feathers. How long does it usually take for their feathers to grow back? [IMG]

Usually a few weeks to a couple months. A lot of people give extra protein to help the chicken grow new feathers.

I've been pushing tons of protein "snacks" on my girls to try to speed up feather regrowth...meat scraps, Boss, tuna, etc. I also went to flock raiser temporarily, as it's 20% vs 16% in my regular layer feed...

ETA: Have two in a hard molt, with my BA starting first. She's now in week three and is already looking better....
