thanks you two. Yes they have. I have gotten so attached to the 2 Sultans. A total different breed. total different everything. They are so inquisitive and I swear these two are trying to figure out what I am saying to them. lol 'Izzy now jumps up on my lap like a cat to be held and petted. She will sit down and nap. They are so intelligent!!!

Glad to the babies are all grown up pullets know and all laying. Have any of the newbies knocked any other hens out of the pecking order ? I know Plymouth rocks tend to be in the flock order, if not right out head hen. And fishnet1971, are you thinking of getting some more sultans next year, maybe of another color ?

Well, Momma has done it again for 2014!!!!!! we are already expecting on March 24th!!!!!!!!! 4 new babies. Shall we start the thready again for a second year?????

Yup Kit, I have 2 more Sultans ordered. White. I just LOVE them! they are actually laying really well for me. small to medium size egg, 3 - 4 a week. I also have an EE and a Barnevelder ordered.
