up at the top bar put your mouse over the forums, but don't click. scroll down to where it says buy/sell/trade but again don't click, read through that side list and decide which one you want to click on. it will take you to that forum and all the posts in it.

oh I have no idea about that one, I have a touch screen phone so I navigate through that way, but I don't use it enough to know how to run you through that.
