Here's the official website for the show:

Hello all, sorry it's getting so close to the show and I haven't started our thread yet! This will make it much easier to arrange for food, tables, chairs, and a covered tent. Please post what you will be bringing and I"ll outline stuff in this post as people add to this thread. ALL ARE WELCOME, as are ALL FOOD TYPES! New, old, young, old, please come meet everyone!! :lau

EVERYONE SHOULD BRING THEIR OWN CHAIRS; We will be bringing a small table for some food but I don't know if it will be big enough for all the food, drinks, and paper products. Doubtful.

Here's what I would love non-cooking people to volunteer to bring:

    Paper bowls (Slinglings)
    Plastic cups (Breshcandra)
    Napkins (Slinglings) (FlamingChicken)

    Disposable silverware (Robj)
    Water (DawnG)
    Water and Juice (KMoran)
    Juice/Coffee (ElizMartin)

I will put your name next to the item if you claim it

HoneysuckleHills will bring a large veggie tray and a couple dips to go with - probably Uncle Dan's and hummus.
    Thanks for organizing, Jess!

I will bring a Kale Salad with garlic-tahini dressing (GF/CF/SF). I could also bring deviled eggs (GF/CF/SF).

Q: does anyone know- is there electrical outlets or access to a microwave if someone wants to bring something hot?

I wouldn't count on it Rainmom. I'd just bring things that are good lukewarm, or cold.

There are a few outlets where we set last year. Bring extension cords.

I am bringing Pillsbury Easter chick cookies. And Texas Caviar, which is gluten free and chips which are also gluten free.
I am showing a couple of birds so that is all I can manage this time. :)

I'll bring my potato soup. It's wheat and gluten free. It's full of dairy and russet potatoes, though. I'll see if I can get some ham this time, otherwise it will be bacon in it again. I will bring bowls and spoons for it.

I'll bring the generator if we're doing it outside. That way I can run the crockpot. If it's inside, I'd rather not haul that heavy thing into the truck since we'll also have some heavy stuff to go in the back to drop off with CR.

I need to go find the short 50 foot extension cord. Only ones I know where are off the top of my head are 100 foot.

I'm going to try to make some GF blueberry muffins to go with the regular-flour muffins. Hopefully they will be as good.
