Monster Egg - what's your biggest egg?

My co-worker brought in a huge egg from one of her boyfriend's chickens. I just weighed it on the postal scale and it was 2.7 ounces. It looked to be 2.5 inches long.

One of his Ancona hens laid it (it was white).

What were your biggest eggs?

That is very interesting. I wonder what Cyn's twin egg weighed.

I have some orp eggs now that weigh in at 71 grams each - the conversion is 2.504 ounces. I have 17 of them.

Priss, if I remember correctly, that one weighed 3.25 ounces.
