Monster EGG!

My light brahma just laid her 2nd egg. First was kind of normal sized and a little disappointing. Now the 2nd!!! Holy cow! It was the size of a turkey egg!

How soon after they start laying can I put her with my light brahma roo for some future chicks?

I was glad to read your post.

I have 2 LB hens and 1 LB rooster, but the hens are exposed to another roo - an EE. I might separate the EE roo from them if I decide to hatch eggs. I read that LB's laid medium sized eggs, so I'm hoping mine will be large like yours!
