Saturday was the annual Monster Jam in St. Louis, and I loved it as usual.
On the way, we stopped at Bigfoot. My son (on left) is used to all of this, but it was the first time my grand son has seen any Monster Trucks;

Then, onward to the EJ Dome. They start off with the Pit Party, where everyone can go out on the track and meet the drivers, get pics of/with them and the trucks, etc.
The first one I always look for;

After that, they clear the floor, go through the opening ceremony and all that;

There were 16 trucks, and they race two at a time. The winner this year was Bounty Hunter/Jimmy Creten, who is the husband of Scarlet Bandit/Dawn Creten. After that they do Freestyle, one truck at a time, and here he is during that run;

He broke the truck, but kept going for a bit longer before pulling off the track;

Here's Dawn doing her run;

Grave Digger did some rolling and crashing;

The winner of Freestyle, the best part, was Maximum Destruction/Tom Meents;

I'm already anxious for next year...
