I wish ! My yard is not big enough for ducks :(
 
Anyone here close to butte? Seriously I need eggs for my broody. She will not even get up to eat. Fertile eggs , at least 5 would be awesome ! Even a dozen but I need eggs!
 
Hey gals, ( and guys) there's a gal close here that's needing a batty rooster, anyone got a Bantu rooster to sell? Her girls are missing there rooster pretty bad.
I'm happy to say she has white eggs to put under my girl! I'm thrilled, the eggs are from white hens and a big old white rooster! Also I believe barred rocks. My broody will be happy and I will be also if I get white eggs from these chicks, and barred rocks!

Normally I would jump at that, but I just took on some turkey eggs. I did promise my girls we'd try ducks this year though ;)

And speaking of the turkey eggs... LoL! I found some on ebay- but they are in Stevensville. We just happened to be running a dog transport (rescue dogs) from Stevensville tomorrow so the gal that has the dog right now was kind enough to pick up eggs for me. So, tomorrow I will meet our new "foster to adopt" dog along with my Bourbon Red turkey eggs in Helena. Should work out great! She also had a young tom that I would have loved to have spoken for, but thought I might be pushing my luck asking to hop a turkey on the dog transport....

Calving is coming along well- I haven't counted today, but the last time I checked the cows had dropped 21 babies in 24 hours. That's sure keeping the guys busy. The mare is still big and uncomfortable, but hopefully that baby will make an appearance soon too- that's the one I'm very excited for!

I told her and she is thrilled. She says she has a son coming from polson and wanted to know if you were in the path coming to butte? She lives in elk park and said her son was coming between April 4th and 5th from polson and would like to pick them up . Here is her phone number. 1-406 -533-5284 Thank you so much,
I got some giant white eggs from her today to put under my girl, I'm super happy. My girl took them right away.
