I'm kind of excited to meet fellow poultry people tomorrow. When do we arrive for setup?

Set up will start at 11, we will arrive between 10.30 and 11 to set up what we need to get people in. We will have a check in table to see who actually followed the instruction to reserve a space

I would recommend a canopy though in case it rains more. We live an hour from the location and it's storming currently. We're really hoping it doesn't rain us out tomorrow

thanks for setting this up. This was a good networking opportunity! Always good to meet other poultry people. It is definitely annoying that it rained so much. I looked like a lurker because I had to keep all the eggs protected from the chill and rain and I was just standing there looking cold and wet.

I think almost everyone looked that way. my birds were not amused about it. I'm thrilled it went so well though. Definately makes me more willing to possibly do it again next year.
