Montgomery Ward Model 20864

We just purchased an Montgomery Ward tall wooden incubator, model number 20864, but I am looking high and low online for a manual for this model. Does anyone happen to have one? Would be so helpful!

I called Don, upon the suggestion of a pm. He says it is a Leahy 624. Made by Leahy but plated for Montgomery Wards...He suggests that I keep it and throw anything else I have away. Thanks everyone.
