Month-old Ameraucana tries attacking my FACE!?!

Hey you, I have a question about chicken behavior. I have 3 girls, about 2 months old. They have been inside and handled since they were a week. They're supposed to be all Ameraucana pullets buy I have my doubts (about both).
Anyhow, my biggest girl has always been a bully around the other two but has been great with us so far. Just recently she has started lunging at my nose when I pick her up. Today she actually got me!
The little spot between the nostrils. Hurt like hell!
I'm nervous now about my son handling her and just want to know if this is normal, abnormal and how you would suggest I handle the situation.

And they have food and water, I let them out to play and although the other two are rather skittish, the Bully Girl has always allowed me to pick her up with little to no fuss.
She's don't this three times in as many days and I'm concerned.
