Month old black sexlink lethargic and thin

I have a month old black sex link that isn't eating or drinking much. He is very skinny and lethargic. .. he was doing ok buy thirsty i noticed thathe is getting skinny stand he imagery moving around much. We separated book from the rest i don't know what to do for how. .. Hr is very weak.

Aw, so sorry for your loss Are any of your other chicks showing symptoms?

No... nobody else. She had been like that before, a few weeks ago... and she pulled through... this time... she just kept throwing up the water and spitting itvup so we couldn't get electrolytes in her.... poor little thing... we buried her away from the chicken coop
