Month old Cochin with broken leg

My poor little month old cochin has a broken leg. It uses it to walk, but the broken one seems to just flop around and only it used as a support. At first I thought she was just walking funny from all the fluff and feathers on her legs. She is a beautiful bird

I have her in isolation, but I don't know wether to splint or let it be

Please help
