Month old silkie chick has large soft mass on abdomen ( had since birth)

Please HELP?!?! I have a silkie chick that has had a large abdomen since birth that appears to be on the right side it is quite large and has not gotten any smaller she does not appear to be struggling and is eating fine but I'm worried that it could be Water belly my question is can chicks be born with water belly I have the proper supplies to attempt at draining it but I'm worried that it may cause more damage then good would it hurt for me to try to extract a small amount of fluid to see what color it is??? I have done lots of research and worried that by doing nothing she will soon go down hill and die!!!

Thank you I appreciate your kind words and even though I've been a member for two years I mostly search reforms for information and do not have a whole lot of experience with posting could you by chance help to guide me as to how to post a picture correctly cuz a couple times I've tried it has failed??

Sure! Right under the reply box, you'll see another box with a paperclip and it says "Attach files". Select that and it will give options to where you want to upload from. Select wherever you have the picture and then select the picture to upload. Once it uploads, select "insert" on the picture and then select "full image". Then you select post reply. Please let me know if that helps.

It is now about the size of a ping ping ball maybe slightly smaller

I feel like i should also mention that the lump has a pulse!!
