More boys???

I bought these as pullets from TSC in May. They're getting so roo looking already.
They have heavier legs than my other chicks the same age as well.
These hatcheries need better sexers!!

The problem is THAT supplier and their source.
Not all hatcheries.

It's not that hatcheries need better sexers, it's that TSC needs to do a better job at keeping its straight run birds separate from its sexed birds.
How old are they? Yes, they are looking like boys.

I wouldn't mind if I was buying straight run chicks, but this will be 5 males this year bought as pullets. I just had two processed yesterday that I paid $4.00 each for as a pullet and then these!
They're 5 weeks old.
I've already called TSC and the townline hatchery.

Yes, that's the issue. Tractor supply frequently mixes different breeds of chicks together, as well as putting straight run chicks in with the sexed ones.

They're 5 weeks old.

Then yes, they are boys.
I'm sorry about your bad luck- I'd suggest ordering directly from a hatchery in the future.

I would, but none are near me and I don't want 25 chickens. I've looked into it already.

Typical golden laced Wyandottes. They're molting right now so they look terrible. Why now??
