More curious than concerned

Lavender is my 21 old Lavender Orpington. She is obvious differently than the others physically and she matches her sister, but her feather apparence is different. Was wondering if she gets her first molt if it will go away or it would stay even after her molt. Honestly, I think it's cute and never seen it before having her. It's almost like it curls slightly on her tail. Idk if just that way for her, a genetic thing, or it would just go away.

Lavenders tend to have the “shredder gene” which results in exactly what you are seeing, the torn look and curls. It is genetic and won’t go away but shouldn’t cause harm or anything. She actually seems to have it pretty mild compared to some that I have seen.
