Yes it does seem to be a trend. I lost my husband Bill on July 12th.

He was an awesome grandpa! The kids all miss him so much.

I was a grandpa's girl. It was devistating to lose him. It's been a long time now, but it's still sad to know he isn't around.

I love remembering his stories and remembering all the time I spent with him.

I'm so sorry you love this great person in your life. It's never easy and even if you've been through it, it's hard to know just what to say.

This is a great group of people on this site. They have been there for several of us this summer. They started with me in april with my mom, may with my dand and again in july when I lost Bill.

Lots of people are here for you if you need us.

Thanks to everyone else. I am doing much better now. My grandfather has a cold (considering it is 101 degrees like every flippin' day I don't see how it is possible LOL) but otherwise we are doing well. Thanks again all for the support.
