Since my post yesterday I am now wondering if I have more roosters. Could someone please help me to identify these chickens. They are all between 14 - 16 weeks old and I bought them as a straight-run from a local feed and seed store.

This chicken has a pea comb and feathers on it's legs.

I thought it was a Buff Bantam. I also thought it was a hen, but now I am not so sure.

I have never been able to identify these chickens. (The one in the front - Not the barred rock)

This is a closer shot of its head.

The first I think is indeed a buff *brahma* (they come in bantam or standard), but I'm non too familiar with the breed. The second looks to be a Welsummer pullet.

ETA: "Bantam" is a size classification, not a breed. Some breeds come in bantam or standard, some breeds are "true bantams" and have no standard counterpart.

Thanks. I'm really sad about my Buff Brahma Rooster. :-( I thought the other one's were Welsummers but I had never heard of the Light Brown Leghorn. They do look just like them. Thanks so much for your help! Such a great website!! :)

Anyone know what my new baby is? She has blue feet n is very tiny!
