My second shipment from Ideal went perfectly. I had lost 11 of 30 chicks in my first ever shipment from Ideal - 6 DOA and 5 more dead within 48 hours. They replaced all I lost without question (except they didn't have all the breeds at the moment, but sent substitutes I agreed to). The second batch arrived in good vigor and immediately drank and ate on their own. I'll post photos of all of them soon! I'm very happy with the chicks, despite the sad events of the first shipment.
