More McMurray Mystery Chicks

"#3 looks like a blue andalusian ... but I didn't know McMurray did those."

Actually I think they do. They were listed on their site last March when I did my order. And #2 looks most definitely like a sumatra.

Sorry about the screwy quote. I hate when I get that editor.
3 is not an andalusian (1) it has the wrong comb (2) wrong leg color
2 is not a sumatra it has FEATHERED legs (please stop over looking that aspect) it is most likely a black langshan with those feathered legs

1) Don't know
2) Black Langshan pullet
3) Blue Wyandotte pullet? I know that they don't breed these but it may have popped up in their BLRW pen?
4) EE Cockerel

What exactly did you order? If you don't mind my asking it could give us a clue.

Thanks for reminding me about the feathered legs. My andalusian comment was merely to answer that McMurray did offer them in that coloring, but the editor was screwy, not that I thought #3 was one.

How old are they?

1.looks like a mixed breed cockerel

2. If theres no feathers on feet(I cant see them) then langshan if not then Black jersey giant pullet

3.cornish pullet

4. looks like an EE cockerel

I agree, #2 looks like a Sumatra...
I got a wellie from meyer and she has this tiny row of feathers down her leg. So I know she's mixed with something even though she has the same colors as a welsummer. So i think it's possible that the Sumatra was in a pen with a feathered leg bird.
