I hate to be redundant, but I need to install an automatic water system for my birds and I'm still confused about what I need. I want it to be as simple and cost-effective as possible with as few tools required. I want to use a bucket (or a barrel?) for the water supply since I need to keep my water faucet free for other uses.
1. Can I water all 10 pens (100+ birds) with one connected system, or do i need to make a different system for each pen?
2. Can I attach the nipples to a garden hose and have it run through all the pens, or do I need to use another material such as pvc pipe?
3. Do I need to get different size valves for different size birds (chickens, peafowls)
4. Can I buy the nipple waterers at a big hardware store such as home depot or lowes?
If anybody can give me a suggested list of materials and tools I'll need, that would be fancy,
