That cat is Simon. We have several barn cats that have the blue eyes. Great mousers also.

I just figured out that of all the 50 darn birds I have gotten since April, I don't have one splash???

I see an obvious oversight on my part!! Anyone???

What a pretty kitty. I love cats also. We have 12 or so running around ranch. Generally have kittens in the spring so I have you down for a couple with your egg order.

corancher...I'm sorry you were led to remove your splash pictures, and certainly understand your feeling behind it. I think he is something to be very proud of and is an excellent looking bird.

I will note that every bird people own or put on display has a history..if anyone thinks differently, they are sorely mistaken. A breed was created by multiple breeds and can easily carry a gene that may or may not creep up in the future. For those who breed, we realize this and work hard to improve our birds. We do not look down on others who are trying the same.

Good luck in your projects corancher. I am so thrilled to see others working on this wonderful breed and I am very interested in your progress.
