I want to plant a few 'salad bars' for my chickens - something green that I can rotate in and out of their pen, I need to plant something that is hardy and that grows quickly... anyone have any ideas??
I was thinking about clover but wasnt sure if that was good for chickies or not....
on the up side.... my little chicks are ALL better now and are 100% healthy! When we got them they were a bit sickly, Penelope had pasty butt... and I really thought she was a goner... it was help from all of you that helped to save her!! thanks soooo much to all my chicken friends!
