Guess you took it the wrong way. The article has lots of PB & J recipes that sound really yummy- and eco-friendly at the same time. I'm no vegan, and certainly not a meat eater-basher.

A chef that put on about 200 pounds the last few years and left fodnetwork. Sorry not my thing. Peanuts are not on my regular diet. I hate how they have to ruin every perfectly good chocolate bar with peanuts or PB

Grilled PB & J are great for dinner. You have to use mayo on the outside so the bread doesn't get squished. Mmmmmm
