Morel mushrooms!!!

Have you all been out looking for 'shrooms? We usually have a few (literally, a few) on our property... Haven't found any this year.... It doesn't seen like it has been wet enough and warm enough at the same time...

Where do you all have the best luck looking? And have you even thought of a way to cultivate your own mushrooms??

I'm hoping to go looking in the local parks and see if I can find any

I have not gone hunting for my own mushrooms, but tried this mushroom growing kit, and it would have worked much better if my place was sunnier, it needs to be in the sun and kept moist. sun was just the problem, and kit says soak for 12 hours, do 24 instead, and cut deep. After you grow it like the picture says take it out of the plastic and grow from the un-grown sides. I have kept mine because I am going to use the mushroom spawns it has to inoculate more coffee grounds, in theory it should work.
