We have just slaughtered our 2 drakes, they were nipping people. We have one female and her 3 offspring. The offspring are 2 females and 1 drake. Is it acceptable for that drake to breed with the mother and sisters? The mother is also currently on a nest so there will probably be additional little ducklings soon.

Yes. I would suggest getting a non-related drake if you can but you can breed ducks for a few generations before you have issues

The first generation or two should be fine. Many people breed son to mother. However, down the line I would introduce some new blood in to prevent some genetic issues.
