It seems that they are also called Damascus goats. Looking at other websites it seems that the one in the OP showed us has been bred for exaggerated traits. Breeders do the same things here. That's why we have 1250 pound quarterhorses with pony sized feet, Arabian horses with heads so curved that they look like mutants, German Shepherds with hind quarters so low they look crippled, Bulldogs that can barely breath, and the list goes on and on.

okay, so they may look a little weird, I bet they are really sweet though.
